I currently lead business strategy, product development and go-to-market execution for some of the biggest strategy game franchises in the world. Leading a group of cross-discipline experts, I partner with leaders such as Studio Managers and Game Directors to grow our games business.

Currently Business Owner and Acting VP of Grand Strategy at Paradox Interactive, before that years of experience in marketing, product and business strategy at The Walt Disney Company.

I've developed and executed global campaigns across North America, Europe and SEA, setting the global strategy across internal teams, agencies, overseas local partners and distributors. Leading the franchise development strategy alongside Studio managers, Game directors and C-level executives, converting into millions of customers, recently leading the award-winning title Crusader Kings III to sell 4+ million copies cross platforms and storefronts.

Hands-on experience

I have years of hands-on experience of tackling the practical business & marketing roles my team now have, and I'm still happy to roll up my sleeves and dive in. Those experiences give me a better day-to-day sense of their needs and how I can enable and support them as a leader.

Fluent in budgeting & forecasting

Forecasting and investing millions of dollars across multiple projects, per month, per discipline in combination with a Master's degree in business has given me fluency in many aspects of financial planning and investments.

Led major entertainment brands

Directing multiple live service games with millions of players, achieving growth targets and raising the bar for what the brands can become.
Before that, building the Nordic brand strategy for Cars, The Incredibles and Toy Story including life cycle management, market research, retail and online campaigns, licensing deals gave me deep insights into championing major entertainment brands.

Senior leadership

In 2026 I took on Acting VP responsibilities for Paradox's Grand Strategy Games division, owning portfolio-wide investment decisions, strategic direction and team leadership of Business Owners and PMMs across multiple franchises and a new IP. I worked directly with C-level executives, the Management Team and the Board, connecting franchise-level execution to division-level outcomes.

From creative development to influencer relations, licencing and ad optimization, I've built relationships with some of the best agencies and freelancers around, ready to scale up when needed. I mix both in-house and outsource but always value my network of talent immensely.

Games & Entertainment industry experience

Currently Business Owner & Acting VP of Grand Strategy, leading business strategy, P&L ownership and go-to-market execution for Paradox’s Grand Strategy franchises. I lead a group of cross-discipline experts as well as collaborate daily with my counterparts Studio Manager and Game Director on first and third party games. Setting the strategy for how to reach financial targets, owner of the P&L for all products within the franchise. Identifying and pursuing new business initiatives for the franchise both internally and externally.

Years of marketing experience at Walt Disney where I was promoted to Nordic Franchise lead, reported directly to Disney Nordic CMO as a result of producing strong campaigns as Nordic Campaign Lead. Additionally coordinated Disney Store marketing and e-commerce on a Nordic level, optimizing sales of over 2500 unique Disney, Star Wars and Marvel branded products through Paid search, CRM, Social media, SEO, Affiliate and Owned Media.
